Calzones
I used the recipe's from the naked whiz web site to run up a batch of calzones. http://www.nakedwhiz.com/pizza.htm

I doubled the batch of pizza dough, chopped up some ham, grated some medium American cheese, mozzarella, pepperoni and used the family recipe for the tomato sauce! Also used an egg wash, two or three eggs and the same number of tablespoons of milk beaten, used to seal the calzones together, and to egg wash the outsides.

Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

RE: Calzones
Looks great Chris! And as I sitting here drooling over your Calzones, my daughter brings me a tray of treats for me to try out.
Garlic crackers with cream cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly on top. Love that girl!

RE: Calzones
They look good too Mike, perhaps they would be easier to remember the ingredients than those for ABT's!Tongue
