Week end cook
Had a great weekend, I picked up a 18 inch and 22 inch weber kettle for 25.00. I cooked up 4 butts for a church party and a fatty for lunch. Anybody else cook this weekend?

RE: Week end cook
Great find Curtis. Pam wouldn't let me cook this weekend because we are still finishing up leftovers from last weekend (chicken). I'm taking the day off Friday to cook a brisket and ribs for the potluck at the Freeezin' Your Little Piggies Off comp Friday night. Hope the others will be there also to partake as this is my way of giving back a little for all of those times everyone has cooked for me to judge. So, no cooking this weekend.

I cooked 48 pans of wings for Tysen, made a gallon of BBQ Sauce(I Liked it), 6 racks of ribs (beautiful color & tasted great), 4 pork butts (they did ok) & 2 briskets with a killer smoke ring but had no flavor!

But is was a great weekend anyway! LOL!

Go Utah BBQ! LOL!
