Utah BBQ
We are a new team, just started last year cooked in CO,NM and KS. We love Utah and sure would like to cook there.. Trying to set up a tentative schedule for 2013, are there going to be any BBQs in Utah in 2013.

Welcome to the forums Tom n Judy!

There are plans for a number of contests starting, March or April and running through to the end of the Jack Daniels season, a number of them will be small, financed through the Organization and the entry fees, there will be at least two larger contests with additional sponsorship raising the prize money, additional information should be available before the Xmas holidays.
