15 butts
I'm smoking 15 butts this Saturday for a neighborhood party. When you cook that many do you inject and foil?

Brine them (I was shown the way) I would also foiled them. Good luck cooking

Lol I don't inject or brine, but I do foil when they get to 160°+!

Rub em... Smoke em to 205-210 & they will pull very easy! Add a little Apple Juice, Apple Cidar Vinegar & Sauce em...

Foiling gist speeds it up with that many they should stay moist. In the shop we almost never foil, unless its raining and we get tired of fighting the temp.

@ 85 gallon trash cans drilled and ready for action!!
