CornBread
My Brethern:

15 batches later from over a dozen recipes and no real success. More honey and butter, cream of corn, sour creme, creme cheese ....

So far, i cannot find anythign on this site.

Please, does anyone have a (moist, sweet) cornbread recipe they would be willing to share? This would be very helpful . Thanks so much to all.

An easy Northern cornbread recipe! (So it says)!

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

Re: CornBread
Here's another recipe that you might want to try. It's our family favorite.

Re: CornBread
Okay .. a few personal favorites (add on to the basic recipe)

Batch B4 - Vanilla Pudding Mix: Darker color, lighter flavor
Batch C6 - Creme of Corn: Lighter color, denser, more corn flavor

Whole or Heavy creme, not buttermilk.
Real (Tillamook) Butter, sweet
EVOO

So far its a toss up between pan (8x8) or muffins.
