Lil Jambo Compition model, Finally Here!!!!!
I got them in last week! I've cooked on them 2 times now and you would not believe how much they hold the heat, how much you can put on them and how even they cook.

Takes about 30 minutes to get cooking on them and about all you need is a log an hour.

Call to come check them out. I'll be cooking this Sunday getting ready for the Scottsdale Contest.

Hey Rog- I'd be interested in looking at one of these. How many do you have? Where can I go to see one?

Those look great! Is the shipping cost to pay you back for getting them to your house? Or do we save the shipping cost if we pick it up at your place? Just wondering...

Nice looking little smoker. The wheels look like blow molded cheap plastic??
What kind of outside finish does it have?
It looks like the air intake has a special adjustment baffle? but can you show a better picture of how that works?
What thickness is the metal on the cooker and is that a SS lining in the firebox?
I see the heat goes up in a nice directed vent. does this really protect that end of the cooking grate from direct heat? looks like the exhaust goes out midway up the end.. Does anyone see any problem with that for that end of the cooking grate?
do you have a payment plan wheer I can put a deposit down and then let packerbacker use it to win a GC and then I pay you ??.

Re: Lil Jambo Compition model, Finally Here!!!!!
the wheels are made of 7 gauge steel, same as the whole smoker. So you never have to worry about geting a low tire

The fire box is insulated with I believe 2800 degree wool in between the linings of steel.

The stack is placed low to let the smoke and heat build up in the cooking chamber. I put 8 biscuts in it to see how even the cooking chamber is and all of them cooked at the same time evenly.

The shipping is picked up at my house and delivered in the Salt Lake area. If i did not ship them here they would cost at least $600.00 a piece.

I have cooked on a lot of smokers, from UDS's, Multufs and East Texas smokers, all are great smokers, but none hold the heat, cook as evenly and are neat and clean as these.

You really need to come see them to see how nice and big they are.

Call me to see them.

roger,

I talked to you a few times about the smokers, however I was never able to come up and look at them. We kind of lost touch for a while, do you have any of these left. if so please email me the price and info on them. duke@redmondminerals.com
