Just heard the bread was a little over done on the bottom but otherwise good, Buffalo turned out great and the pie was a winner on any table!

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

I had a great time cooking in Mesquite. This is definately a lot different than BBQ. Not a whole lot of time for talking.
Thanks again Matt for taking on a newbi. I learned a lot just watching what you were doing.
Good job Arlie and Omar. Everything seemed to run real smooth.
