Fish Tacos
I had never had fish tacos so I thought I would try making some for dinner. My wife's cousin brought back some fresh halibut from alaska so that is the fish I used. I made up a little mango salsa and added some spanish rice. Good eats tonight...

We grill a lot of salmon here, so fish tacos are one way we use up leftover salmon.

those look tasty but I dont think they can be called taco's!! They don't eat that much meat down South. Them is big fish fillets hugged in a tortilla.
