Saw this today. Great for a hand sink on the cheap, and I like the foot pump design. Check it out:

Norm, that is just plain cool...

Yeah thanks, I thought so. It'd be great for scouts not to get the muddy boots. Black buckets might get you some hot water.

thats a really good set up. cuts down on the chance of cross contamination too. No more greasy spouts at the end of the day.
